A Golden tribute
I know that I should find a more unique subject to photograph. I mean let's face it, the Golden Gate Bridge is nothing if not a San Francisco tourist cliche. But I don't care. When you see this engineering masterpiece up close & personal, there's no way anyone can be anything other than gobsmacked.
And when you're riding on a pushbike over the sucker, you sure as hell want to stop to appreciate it!
So here's my collage of the copper beauty, from as many angles as I could muster from my bike trail. It's pretty windy up there! The ride is incredible. Great views, great track, great people... and I won't lie; the cold beer in Sausalito waiting for you on the other side is also a great motivator :)
