On the hunt for Ashley & Mary-Kate

Yes, I know that the "real" Full House house isn't the one on Alamo Square, but that wasn't going to stop me from pretending I was going to visit the Tanner sisters and their most awesome uncle Jessie.

Alamo Square is really gorgeous. If only I had a spare few mill to drop one on of the stunning Painted Ladies, I'd be there in a heartbeat. These residents have paid through their you-know-where to secure real estate in this prime part of the earth... but my god they must get annoyed with the endless parade of tour buses & tourists loitering out the front of their yards! It's a barrage!! I practically had to elbow my way in to take these pics so that it didn't look like Myer's boxing day sale.

You can't see it from these pics cause the fog was too intense this day, but behind the painted ladies you can see the skyline of downtown San Fran. Really really beautiful. On my way to the Square I took a detour via Lombard Street to check out the world's most intriguing road (it's a series of 8 S bends). My legs hurt from all the crazy steep hills, but it was totally worth it!
